Progressa

Legal

Cookie Notice.

Draft — not yet reviewed. This is written to be accurate about what we actually do today, but it has not been through legal review and it is not legal advice. It may change before Progressa opens.

This site sets no cookies.

That is the whole notice, and it is why you were not asked to dismiss a banner. Nothing here stores or reads anything on your device beyond what your browser needs to draw the page. Under the Irish ePrivacy Regulations consent is required for storage that is not strictly necessary — we have none, so there is nothing to consent to.

How we count visits

We use Vercel Analytics. It counts page views without setting a cookie, without a device identifier, and without following you anywhere else. It was chosen for exactly that reason: we wanted to know whether anyone reads this page without having to interrupt them to ask permission first.

What that gives us is aggregate — how many people saw the page, roughly where in the world, which page they landed on. It does not tell us who you are, and we cannot single you out in it.

What we do not use

  • Google Analytics
  • Meta Pixel
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • Hotjar, or any session recording or heatmap tool
  • advertising, retargeting or conversion pixels of any kind
  • embedded video, maps, fonts or widgets loaded from anyone else

No third-party requests at all

IBM Plex, the typeface used here, is served from this domain rather than a font service. We checked the network activity of this page: every single request goes to progressa.ie and nowhere else. Loading it tells no one but us that you did.

If that changes

If we ever add something that needs a cookie, this notice changes first and you get asked before anything is stored. We are not planning to.
