Terms of Use.

These terms cover the website and the product. An earlier version said the product “will come with its own terms, agreed before anyone is given access”. It shipped without them. These are them, and they are accepted at first sign-in.

What Progressa is, and what it is not

Progressa records where a sale-agreed transaction has got to, asks the people involved for status updates on your instruction, and keeps a dated record of both. It is a record-keeping and coordination tool for an estate agent.

It is not legal advice, and it is not conveyancing. The milestone durations are typical bands drawn from published sources and from agents, carrying a stated confidence grade; they describe what usually happens, never what will. Nothing in the product commits anyone to a date, and no message it sends asks a solicitor to. Statutory references are there so you can look the rule up, not so you can rely on our reading of it.

You are responsible for what goes in the record, and for telling us the truth about the sale — including whether there is a tenant, whether there is a will, and how the buyer is funding it. The product shapes the case around those answers, and a wrong answer produces a wrong record.

What we charge, and when

€50 per sale, bought in advance as credits; no VAT is charged at present. A credit is used when the agent publishes a reviewed draft. Creating, editing and previewing a draft costs nothing; publishing makes the sale live and starts its communications. One credit covers one property until it sells: if a sale does not complete and you re-agree it later, the second sale is free.

Credits do not expire and are not refundable once used. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase if you have changed your mind about the product; ask and we will do it without an argument.

Your account and the people in it

• Everyone in your agency sees every case on your account. There are no per-case permissions, deliberately — a negotiator covering for a colleague should not hit a wall.
• You are responsible for who you invite and for removing them when they leave. Removing someone ends their sessions immediately.
• Closing an account is a soft delete: the case records survive for the six years described in the Data Processing Agreement, because that is what they are for.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will try to keep it running and we will tell you when it is not. There is no uptime commitment, no support SLA, and no guarantee that a solicitor will reply to anything — that one is not ours to give.

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit. Otherwise our total liability in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in that period. We are not liable for a sale that does not complete.

Ending it

You can stop using Progressa whenever you like. We can end an account for non-payment or for use that breaks these terms, with notice, and we will export your records for you first.

The waitlist

• Joining it is not a contract, a purchase, or a reservation.
• It does not guarantee you access, a place in any order, a price, or that Progressa will ever open at all.
• You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. You do not need a reason.

Talking to us

If you speak to us during our research, nothing you say obliges you to anything and nothing we say is a commitment to build a particular thing. If you tell us something confidential, say so and we will treat it that way. How we handle your notes is in the Privacy Notice.

What is ours

The Progressa name, the mark, the text and the design of this site belong to True Home Properties Limited. You are welcome to link to the site, quote it, or send it to a colleague. Please do not present it as your own, or use the name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Using the site sensibly

Do not attempt to break the site, submit other people’s email addresses to the waitlist, or automate submissions. The form is rate limited and we drop what looks automated. If you are a security researcher and find something, please tell us at hello@progressa.ie before telling anyone else. We will be glad to hear from you.

What we can promise about the site

We keep it accurate and available as best we reasonably can, but it is provided as-is. We do not accept liability for loss arising from relying on a page describing something that does not exist yet. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not affect rights you have under the law of your own country.
